This site is a tribute to Grace Katie Rosam.
We sadly lost our beautiful girl on the 22nd July 2023. She is a much loved Daughter, Sister, Niece, Cousin and friend to many.
We have set up this tribute site to share memories and stories and very much welcome those who know and love her to add your pictures and stories.
We are also fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in her memory.
